No Change In Blues System (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. October 21. The elevation of the New Zealand university colleges in the four main cities to universities in their own right is not expected to lead to any change in the system of awarding blues. Regarding the Rugby blues, which are awarded separately, the chairman of the New Zealand University Rugby Council. (Mr C A. Blazev) said today he expected the existing procedure would continue.
