PHYSIOTHERAPY SCHOOL

Supervisors, Teacher Appointed

(New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, October 21.

Prospects for the New Zealand School of Physiotherapy at Dunedin now look much brighter. Approval was given by the Otago Hospital Board at its meeting today to the appointment of five supervisors and a teacher. This information was contained in the report of the establishment committee and there was no comment from members.

It was stated that Miss M. B. Bell had been offered travelling expenses in order to enable her to take up her appointment as a teacher at the school of physiotherapy. If this offer was not acceptable, the matter was again to be referred to the finance committee.

The five supervising physiotherapists will be:—Misses H. Bamford. D. B. McLeod. S. M. Henley, T. Ramsay and J. Whittaker.
