Mr Ismael Chundrigar, who became Prime Minister of Pakistan today, pledged in a nation-wide broadcast tonight nis support of the Bagdad and South-east Asia Treaty Organisation defence alliances.

Mr Chundrigar, foimer Muslim leader of the Opposition in the Pakistan National Assembly, who heads a four-party coalition replacing the Government of Mr Suhrawardy. was stating four points of his foreign policy.

His other three joints were—firm adherence to the United Nations, friendly ’elutions with all Muslim nations, and abhoirence of imperialism and colonialism.
