Holiday Book Displays
During children’s book week, nearly 1090 children had attended the daily story hours and film shows at the Canterbury Public Library. The .children’s librarian (Miss Dorothy Bowsher) said that although these special attractions could not be extended, her department’s book displays and winning entries in the book week competitions would remain bn show for the remainder of the schSl holidays.
