Mr Molotov Banished To Outer Mongolia

(flee. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 1. Mr Molotov, Russia’s deposed foreign minister, has been banished to Mongolia. He has been appointed the Ambassador there —3000 miles from Moscow. A Moscow announcement last night said that Mr Molotov would be Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. Last month, Mr Molotov, who is 67 and was Foreign Minister for 22 years, was stripped of his Government and party posts.
