Adding Bigger Numbers.—The National Cash Register Companyannounced yesterday that it was now marketing a machine capable of adding figures over 14 columns. The machine was designed to meet the needs of banks, insurance companies and other organisations handling millions of millions of dollars, it said.—New York, August 2.
