Hockey N.Z. COUNTRY TEAM
26 Players For Trial
Twenty-six players have been named to take part in a trial match to select a New Zealand country hockey team to visit New South Wales in August. The trial match will be held in Palmerston North on Saturday, July 13.
The players, as named last evening by the selectors (Messrs E. S. Hobson,* H. E. Watts, P. Spiers and R._ Vercoe) are:—

Bartley. K. Percy (Wairarapa); K. Adams. A. Hall, I. Barclay (Waipa); B. Dunning (Rodney); I. Strange, P. Smith (Central Bay of Plenty), R. Annear (South Canterbury); C. Perrett. B. Litchfield (Taranaki); G. Mclntyre, R. Nicol. G. Brown, D. Alexander (Hawke’s) Bay).
