Fatal Fall From Bicycle
(New Zealand Press Association) DARGAVILLE, May 21. A 14-year-old boy died yesterday afternoon in the Dargaville Hospital, as a result of a fall from his bicycle while riding through the Maungaturoto township. He was: Dennis John Cullen, son of Mr and Mrs D. H. Cullen, Maungaturoto. The Maungaturoto ambulance was out of the district at the time, but a motorist, Mr L. R. Appleton, of Dargaville, placed the injured boy in his station waggon and rushed him to hospital. He was admitted shortly before 4 p.m., but died at 5.40 p.m.
