SOLICITOR GUILTY OF THEFT

Stole £1514 From Clients (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 16. A former Petone solicitor pleaded guilty in the Lower Hutt Magistrate’s Court today to five charges of theft from his clients totalling £1514 9s 9d. The accused. David McClelland Dickson, 53, storeman, was remanded till April 30 by Mr J. R. Dr,ummond. S.M., for a probation officer's report. Bail of £2OO with a surety of £2OO was allowed.
