Third Party Insurance.— The South Island Motor Union executive last evening deferred a decision on the amalgamation of class four and class five motor vehicle insurance for the purpose of third party risk, until its delegate (Mr R. Wilson) has reported on a meeting of the advisory committee on motor vehicle third party insurance, in Wellington, on March 29.
