Husband’s Petition Dismissed
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 11. A petition by Charles George Prevost, a woolbroker, formerly of Auckland and now of London, for restitution of conjugal rights against his wife, Patricia Prevost, was dismissed on the application of Prevost’s senior counsel (Mr L. P. Leary. Q.C.) by Mr Justice Shorland, in the Auckland Supreme Court today. Mr C. A. Hamer, on behalf of Mrs Prevost, offered no objection to the application. Mr D. S. Beattie appeared with Mr Leary. On the application of counsel for Prevost and Mrs Prevost, the question of costs was reserved.
