Clan Mackenzie’s Chief
A well-known farmer, Mr J Colin Mackenzie, of Mossburn, has been officially, recognised as chief of the Clan Mackenzie in New Zealand, according to advice received from Dame Mary Stewart Mackenzie, of Seaforth, the hereditary chief of the Clan Mackenzie. The clan in New Zealand is in the process of being organised. There are 2000 Mackenzies iq Southland alone.— (PA.)
