Cheese Name
The citizens of Roquefort, France, filed a suit against a Chicago restaurant today on grounds that the “Roquefort” cheese dressing it serves is not made of ewe’s milk. Nor is it aged in the caves around Roquefort, it was charged, and thus is not Roquefort at all. The suit was filed in a Federal Court against Johnny’s Steak House and its owners, John and George Annes. The suit is defended.— Chicago, January 16.
