FIRE DANGERS
Sir.—A dry spell m Canterbury would create a terrific fire danger. Let us hope that the Catchment Board drops its “kid-glove"' tactics. Any lighters of fires on hills or sheep runs should be tracked down and heavily fined.— Yours, etc., A.F.F. January 17. 1957.
