MOTORCYCLIST INJURED
Fractures of a leg, a wrist and a finger were suffered by a motor-cyclist, Mr lan Raymond Cowell, of 10 England street, when he was involved in a collision with a truck on Saturday evening.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Moorhouse avenue and Antigua street at 6.35 p.m. Mr Cowell was taken to the Christchurch Public Hospital by St. John Ambulance and admitted. His condition was reported to be fairly satisfactory last evening.
