OFFICERS ELECTED Officers elected at the annual meeting of the Waitikiri Golf Club recently were:—
Patron, Mr R. McKenzie; president, Mr J. Mercer; vice-presidents, Messrs L. Chappell, A. D. McFadden, and J. Galvin; secretary, Mr J. P. O'Gorman; treasurer, Mr N. Robertson; club captain, Mr E. R. Casbolt; vicecaptain, Mr E. G. Batstone; committee, Messrs A. P. McKerrow, J. J. Potts, G. Sansom, A. Vivian, W. G. Walker, T. Ware, J. A. Wright, C. E. Wroth.
Mr J. Mercer was made a life member of the club.
