Sentence of Jacques Mornard.— A final Court of Appeals ruled yesterday that Jacques Mornard. who killed the exiled Russian revolutionary, Leon Trotsky, must serve out a full 20-year prison term which will end on August 20. The Judges ruled that Mornard had shown no repentance and remained a dangerous criminal.—Mexico City, December 21.
