The fifth round matches in the Canterbury Cricket Association's senior competition will be completed today. The first day scores were:— Lancaster Park 240 v. West Christchurch 49 for three wickets, Lancaster Park No. 1. St. Albans 132 and 19 for one wicket v. Sydenham 74, Sydenham No. 1. Old Collegians 151 v. Riccarton 168 for six wickets, Hagley Oval No. 1. East Christchurch 104 v. Old Boys 122 for four wickets, Hagley Oval No. 3.
