Personal.—Mr E. G. Norman, who has retired as general manager of Thomas Borthwick and Sons, after 53 years in the meat industry, was bidden farewell at a Christmas party in Masterton on Thursday night. He has been associated with the firm for 46 years.—(P.A.)
