OLD LINER FOR BREAKERS’ YARD.—The Franconia (20,175 tons) has made her final voyage from Liverpool for the breakers’ yard at Fife. This 33-year-old ship made occasional visits to New Zealand some years ago. Here she is seen at Milford Sound during a world cruise in 1938.
