PRINCE CORTAULD THIRD TOP-WEIGHT (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) ARCADIA. California, Dec. 17. The New Zealand bred Prince Cortauld has been assiged third topweight of 8-12 in the 135.000 dollar Santa Anita Handicap to be run on February 23. Top-weight among 92 horses nominated for the race went to Bob Brocato which will carry 9-2, followed by Mister Gus with 9-0. The French bred Master Boing, winner of the recent Washington International in which Prince Cortauld finished third only one month after his lengthy boat trio from Australia, was also assigned 8-12.
