SPRING HANDICAP TO STANHILL BLACK SEAMAN WINS SECOND LEG (New Zeaiana Press Association) AUCKLAND, October 14. The Takanini gelding Stanhill and the young Ellerslie jockey, R. Jury, completed a double for the meeting when they took the Spring Handicap, the first leg of the double, on the second day of the Auckland Racing Club’s spring meeting at Ellerslie yesterday. On tl}e first day the combination won the Flying Handicap. The double, Stanhill and Black Seaman in the Liverpool Handicap, -paid £270 Is 6d for £l.
