CONTROL OF LAND USE
Sir.-—Where “light” industry has been permitted establishment and expansion into “heavy” among homes, residences, shops, or offices, in any area zoned as other than “heavy industrial.” there would appear but little protection for either individual or community from noise, fumes, smoke, vibration and other troubles. What is the remedy?—Yours, etc., DUMB DUCK. July 5, 1956.
