Stableman Charged with Murder.— Dennis James Pratt, a 25-year-old stableman, married, with two children, was remanded in custody for a week at Newmarket today, charged with the murder of Miss Rachel Parsons, eccentric and wealthy racehorse owner, who was found dead yesterday at the large house in which she lived alone near the racecourse at Newmarket.—London. July 3.
