UNDERGROUND BLAMED
Polish Comment On Riot
(Rw. II P-ni.) LONDON, June 28. The Polish News Agency published tn official communique on the Poznan rie. iccusing "imperialist agents and the reactionary underground” of prorokinf outbursts against the Comnumist leadership. “It is no accident that the enemy has chosen precisely Poznan as the scene of provocation at a time when the International Fair is being held there." said the communique. Western observers said that the rioting in Poznan follows a general relaxation of the Communist regime’s rigorous hold on the country in recent months. Communism took power in Poland gs a result of the Soviet liberation of the country during the war. It was not until after the 1947 elections, however, that the Communists took over every branch of State activity.
