PLANS FOR CAMPAIGN IN AUSTRALIA (New Zealand Press Association) HAMILTON, June 29. Syntax had made a good recovery from his recent injury, said his owner-trainer Mr S. Walker. The horse showed no signs of soreness when he strode over two rounds of pace work.

Mr Walker said Syntax would now travel to Australia in the Wanganella on July 15 and would be stabled at Canterbury Park, Sydney. He would have his first start at the end of August. The horse would be ridden in his Australian engagements by N. B. Holland, said Mr Walker.
