Humane Society Awards.— Fifteen awards were made by the Royal Humane Society of New Zealand during the year, according to the society’s annual report. Seven of these were Bronze Medals. Other awards were five Certificates of Merit, one Letter of Commendation and two In Memoriam Certificates. A recommendation that an up-to-date record of the society’s awards be published in book form was referred to the court of directors, at the annual meeting yesterday.
