CULVERDEN POSTMASTER BIDDEN FAREWELL
A social evening and dance was held in»the Culverden Hall to bid farewell to Mr H. Marquet and Mrs Marquet and David, who have been transferred to Maungaturoto. Mr Marquet has been postmaster at Culverden for the last four years, and during that time both he and Mrs Marquet have taken an active part in local activities. Mr K. Rogers made a presentation on behalf of Culverden residents.
