MINOR FIRES
One unit from the New Brighton Volunteer Fire Brigade attended a chimney fire in a house at 180 A Estuayy road, occupied by Mr Jack Ancall, at 4.2 b p.m. yesterday. There was no damage.
No damage was caused by a second chimney fire at 5.8 p.m. It was in a house at 6 Aylmer street, occupied by Mr James Liggins, and was attended by one unit from Sydenham.
