Forms of application may be obtained from the District Manager, N*ew Zealand Milk Board, P.O. This requirement does not apply to any milk producer who sells the whole of his milk (being milk intended for human consumption) to an association approved for the purposes of the National Milk Scheme, nor does it apply to any milk producer who makes sales of milk solely intended for human consumption if such sales are of not more than one gallon at any one time and are made on the dairy premises of the producer.
