180-Seat Soviet Jetliner
(Rec. 11 p.m.) MOSCOW, June 7. Russia’s new four-jet airliner would be able to carry 180 passengers at 570 miles an hour from Moscow to “any capital in the world,’’ a top Soviet airliner official said today. Lieuteant-General Nicolai Zakharov, the deputy-director of Aeroflot, the Soviet airline, said the airliner would be ready soon, but would not say exactly when.
