Lyttelton Magistrate’s Court.—Raymond Robert Clark and Peter Michael Hardy were each fined £2 by Mr Rex C. Abernethy, S.M., in the Lyttelton Magistrate’s Court yesterday for boarding a moving train. For riding a motor-cycle without a warrant of fitfiess. Thomas Mark Cameron Hay was fined 10s. Eric Ronald Smith, for failing to signal a right-hand turn, was fined £2. For driving an insecurely loaded motor-truck, Biger Johnson was fined £2.
