CHINESE TRADE UNION LEADER
VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND THIS MONTH (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 5. Mr Chang Tien Min, president of the Chinese Building Workers’ Union, will arrive in New Zealand this week on a visit as the guest of the New Zealand Carpenters’ and Joiners’ Union. Accompanied by an interpreter, Mr Chang will arrive at Auckland by plane, and lor a week the two Chinese will be the guests of the Auckland Labourejy Union. They will reach Wellington next Wednesday and leave on Friday for Christchurch. Nine New Zealand union delegates travelled to Chinalasi year, and this is a reciprocal visit. Mr Chang will be shown many of TT e— ?Mllfrn d’r biggest building projects during nis Dominion tour.
