Ralph S. Wheeler.—More relevant to a correspondence recently closed. A Pensioner.—The M.E.D. will discuss these matters with you if you call. Vengeance is Mine.—Discuss the question by all means, but specifically, not by indirect allusions. Humble Harry.—Letter referred to Justice Department. Discriminatory bylaws such as you suggest would probably be ultra vires. Dark Valley.—Your letter was acknowledged in Mav 29 issue. Similar letters had then been referred to the power board and have since been printed with the power board’s comment.
