Remanded.— Cyril James Pengelly. aged 21, a seaman, charged in tho Magistrate’s Court on Saturday with behaving in a disorderly manner when drunk in Manchester street on June 2, was remanded to appear tomorrow’ Bail was allowed in the sum of £5 and one surety of £5. Mr E. J. Woolf, J.P.. and Mr E. L. Tinker, J.P., were on 4he Bench.
