R.S.A. GOLD STAR BADGES

FOUR AWARDS ANNOUNCED (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. March 7. Four members of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association have been awarded gold star badges for outstanding service in the welfare of their fellow’ members. They are Messrs Sadlier (Gore), Attwood <Matamata). Elliott (Timaru) and Whaley (Waihi Beach). Messrs Sadlier, Attwood, and Elliott have also been awarded the association’s certificate of merit, which has already been awarded to Mr Whaley. Certificates of merit and the association’s special “M" badge have been awarded to Messrs Bowmar (Kaitangata), Skews Stanaway (Kaitangata), Burgess (Papakura) and Godfree (Te Awamutu).
