SPREYDON WINS DUNCAN MEMORIAL SHIELD
Spreydon swimmers easily won the Duncan Memorial Shield for the club whose swimmers showed the best performance at the Canterbury swimming championships last week. Results were: Spreydon 68, Elmwood 48. St. Albans 34. Beckenham 31, Christchurch 28, Wharenui 11. Ricca rton 9, Kaiapoi 9, Christchurch Ladies 8.
