Cottage and Section for £looo.— An old cottage of four rooms on a quarteracre section in Neville street, Spreydon, was bought for £lOOO at auction yesterday. There were two other bids of £9OO and £950. A fair crowd attended the sale, at which the furnishings were also offered.
