CANTERBURY WINS ON BOTH COUNTS For the second time since the 1950-51 season—the first year in which five teams competed—the Plunket Shield has been won by four outright wins. Wellington, the previous holder, secured four outright wins last season, and Canterbury, when it beat Central Districts yesterday, scored its fourth outright win this season.
