NATIONAL INTER CLUB TOURNAMENT (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 5. Section play in the national inter-club softball tournament ended at Athletic Park today. Jenkins’ Gym and Miramar will contest one semi-final tomorrow. The other semi-final will be between Cardinals (Hutt Valley) and Te Kuiti Dodgers. The final will be played at 3 p.m. tomorrow. The holder of the John Lennon trophy, Jenkins’ Gym, is favoured to retain the title it won at Hastings last season. It is the only unbeaten team of the tournament.
