Scientist Flees To West

BERLIN, Januarv 3. Dr. Theodor Bruck, denutv-chief of the scientific section of the East German Health Ministry, has fled to West Berlin, the Anti-Communist Information Bureau in the West reported today.
It quoted Dr. Bruck as saying that he feared arrest by the East German State Security Service because he had approved East German doctors receiving West German pharmaceutical products through cover addresses in West Berlin.
