Automobile Association Insurance.— A special general meeting of the Wellington Automobile Association has authorised the council to negotiate to end its five-year contract with the State Fire Insurance Company, and reappoint the North Island Motor Union as its official insurer. A resolution to this effect was carried by 137 to 33.—(P~A.).
