BUSES TO CHARITY MATCH

REVENUE TO GO TO AGED APPEAL The hope that full use would be made of the special buses which would be operated by the Christchurch Transport between Cathedral square and the Show Grounds on Sunday, when a footbaH match between the police and the combined newspapers will be played to assist the Rotary Club’s appeal for the aged, was expressed by the general manager, Mr J. Shankland, had volunteered to give their services free to drive the special buses to and from the Show Grounds and the Square.
