STOCK EXCHANGES PRICE FALLS OUTNUMBER RISES In moderate business on the Christchurch Stock Exchange yesterday there was a weaker toiu. with lu sates at recuc’d rates and only three at better prices. Bank of New South Wales lost 2s 5a to sell at £33 7s 6d. and later buyers were > back anotaer 2s6d, but with no sellers. Dominion Breweries were 6d easier in business at £5 4s. and later sellers were offering at th s prLe with an absence of buyers. A 6d drop was also shown by Broken Hill Pty. in a sale at 34s 6d. and subsequently buyers reduced their limns to 34s with no sellers quoted. Woolworths, Ltd., also had dealings 6d less at 15s &d. and later buyers were quoting 15s 6d and sellers 15s lOd. Forest Products, ordinary eased to 16s 6d. and buyers afterwards offered 16s 5d with sellers 3d off. G. J. Coles, rignts, were Id cheaper at 9s 6d, and buyers were steady at that figure with sellers wanting 1c more. On the other hand, KJ*.
