PROVISION OF TEAS FOR JURORS
FACILITIES PLANNED IN WELLINGTON (New Zealand Press Association) . WELLINGTON, August 10. Extensive alterations contemplated for the Supreme Court building in Wellington would, it was hoped, result in facilities being provided for jurors to have morning and afternoon tea, said a Justice Department spokesman today. He said the department was quite willing to arrange for morning and afternoon tea for jurors where accommodation and facilities permitted. Besides Dunedin, arrangements for teas had been made recently at Hamilton, said the spokesman. At Invercargill. tea and biscuits were provided at each adjournment, and it was understood that jurors shared the cost among themselves.
