The United States Atomic EnergyCommission’s medical chief' predicts major advances against cancer within a generation as a result of a ‘’tremendous revolution” brought about by atomic energy study.
Dr. John C. Bugher told the National Health Council that, thanks to the techniques developed in the atomic programme, tools of research are available now which only a few years ago were merely the “substance of dreams.”
