GOODS WORTH £250 STOLEN
CARTAGE FIRM’S STORE BROKEN INTO The premiss of John Brightling, Limited, cart a g e contractors, at 213 Lichfield street, were broken into during Wednesday night. Goods valued a t about £250 were stolen. They included radios, electric irons and heaters. Entry was gained thorugh a side window m thn store. An attempt was made to force the strongroom door but it failed ? T ffice , of V. E. Mason, Limited, at 84 Hawdon street, was ransacked and 22s m silver was stolen from overalls. The ol B on Brushes. Limited, at 87 Ha.wdon street, were also broken into. A typewriter, a crowbar and bolt cu’tters were stolen.
