Crossbred: 565, 99d; sO'a, 88d; 46’s, 85d. COMPANY NEWS Hadfields Steel.—An interim dividend of 4 per cent, is payable, ex June 23 (P.A.) Tasman Share Allotments.—Shareholders of the Tasman Pulp and Paper Company. Ltd., who applied for shares in exceed of their quota of one for one held received only a small part of their excess applications. The chairman. Sir James Fletcher, stated that the subetsntial oversubscription of the par l»ue f 70,000 shares meant that all applicant* could not be fully covered. All shareholders received their one-for-one quota, while additional applications had to be related back to quotas rather than to the total amounts applied for. gW Gordon and Gotch Payment—Gordon and Gotch (Australasia), Ltd., is recommending final dividends off 4 per cent preference and sid (Australian) on erdto* ary shares, payable June 24, ex June 13.
