ICE-SKATING
CANTERBURY CLUB’S ANNUAL MEETING Members would be interested to know that the club’s building fund was "still alive,” and a further contribution had made the amount now in hand approximately £122, said the president (Mr A. M. Grafton), when he presented his report to the fifth annual meeting of the Canterbuiy Ice Skating Club. Mr Grafton said that the financial membership of the club at the end of last year was 181 senior members and 41 junior members. The junior Section membership had shown a substantial increase
The following officers were elected:— Patrons, Messrs T. H. Stone and S. J. Moore; president, Mr G. Buchanan; viceS resident, Mr G. M. Le Quesne; secreiry. Miss P. M. Cobden: treasurer, Mr N. W. Wright; club captain, Mr I. M. Paterson; committee, Messrs C. H. Rich, P. D. Brown, C. G. McKinney, and Miss M. Yates; auditor. Mr W. M. Rogers.
