UNREGISTERED DOGS
Sir, —It appears that the City Council no longer registers dogs in Sumner. Its law is for most persons to register their dogs, but in Sumner it has become a home for unregistered dogs. The City Council allows unregistered dogs of all shapes and sizes, and in numbers of 10 dogs or more at times, to move about at their own free will, much to the disgust of decent persons. It is time someone took action on this matter. —Yours, etc.,
